Welcome to Rugen Jasper's Browbands. Rugen Jasper is a beautiful Black Standardbred who was adopted by me one week ago. Inspired by Rugen (Jazz), I have been creating beautiful browbands for not just those of you who enjoy the show arena, but also for those of 'US' that love nothing more than getting out and about on our beautiful horses. Rugen's browbands are made from a range of satin and velvet ribbons.
The only limitation is your imagination!!
